OUR FOOD

Breakfast is generally served between 8.00 and 9.00, but we are more than happy to be flexible in this respect. As we offer a wide range of options, we do ask our guests to order the night before- this also prevents food waste. We want to be sure that all your requirements are met. We enjoy catering for vegans, vegetarians and those with dietary intolerances, fish and meat eaters alike. If your needs are more complex please, let us know and you will be enthusiastically accommodated- we love all types of cooking, Many of our breakfast mains can be adapted to exclude animal products. BREAKFAST MENU

Bread, toast, cereals, fruit, yoghourt and home- made preserves are always served to start, together with tea, coffee and chilled fruit juice.

Choose your main breakfast from the following:

Cold platters 

Vegan -To include dairy free spread, cheeses and home made pate. 
Vegetarian - A variety of cheeses, home made pate, eggs and butter.
Meat- Smoked and cured meats, pate, a selection of cheeses, eggs and butter. 
Fish- Smoked and cured fish, homemade fish pate, laverbread butter and samphire. 

Specials 

The Full Cranog - Our own home- cured and smoked bacon, Local butcher's sausages, home made laverbread cakes, black pudding, egg, mushrooms, tomato and home made potato cakes. 

Boston Baked Beans - Haricot beans in a home made smoky tomato sauce with bacon and sausage meatballs, finished with maple syrup and served on toast. 

Welsh Rarebit with Attitude - Strong Welsh cheddar, laced with mustard and Worcester sauce, with chilli jam, served on toast with olive oil cooked tomatoes.

Veggie Special - All the delights of the Full Cranog, but the meat elements replaced by home made Glamorgan sausages.
